I am a psychotherapist who strives to empower my clients to discover their own inner strengths and help guide them to their overall path of self-healing, wellness, life balance and sense of peace. I offer in-person and/or virtual sessions to Florida clients and my physical office is located in downtown Plant City, Florida. I am in network with FL Blue and United Healthcare insurance plans. I have flexible hours and see ages 14 and up. I serve in-person clients living in Plant City, Lakeland, Lithia, Valrico, Brandon and Tampa.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master's degree from Fordham University in New York City. I have two decades of experience in the mental health field, with the past 10 solely in private practice. I am strength-based and solution-focused in my therapy approach having received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Seeking Safety techniques. In addition to utilizing these modalities, I am a certified Reiki Master and have received training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
I use a holistic, eclectic approach to therapy in order to meet the needs of each unique individual. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, perinatal loss, postpartum depression, relationship and family conflict, substance use, bipolar and other mood disorders and life transition stresses.
I practice mindfulness meditation and use it with my clients to help evoke a sense of calm, focus and serenity during the therapeutic recovery process.
I believe that animals can bring a healing quality to the therapeutic process and bring my dogs to sessions when they are welcomed by the client!
